Item Description: A 1.8ml Vial of 1.4860 Refractive Index Calibration Fluid - 1.4860nD@ 20'C - NO UNPLEASANT AROMA!

This will keep your Refrigeration Oil Refractometers as accurate as possible!

This will work with any brand of Refractometer that has a Refractive Index scale on its scale (within range)!

This fluid is laboratory prepared and repackaged in an amber 4ml vial for the use of calibrating high Brix refractometers.

The Calibration Fluid comes is an Amber 4ml Vial and is about half full with 1.8ml of product!

How to use the product:

Simply place a drop or two of the fluid on the prism and close the daylight plate. Be sure that you are in range of your units ATC range (or calibrate it in the same temp as your sample fluid). Check your results. It should read 1.4860nD @ 68'F (20'C), if not, adjust your unit to that point (follow your refractometers calibration procedure). Done! Your refractometer is then ready for accurate testing!

THIS FLUID DOES NOT STINK EITHER!

UNLIKE SOME FLUIDS, THIS HAS A NEUTRAL ODOR, I.E., IT DOESN'T SMELL!
