One Atago MASTER-93H (45.0% to 93.0% Brix Scale) MASTER-93H is heat resistant model of the MASTER-Series. The MASTER-93H is the successor model of the conventional model H-93. The MASTER-93H is developed for measuring high-temperature samples at their respective production sites. Moreover, the MASTER-93H has a longer service life as compared with conventional types because its prism is made of corrosion resisting tempered glass. The MASTER-93H is best for measuring jam, marmalade candy same as the MASTER-80H.
Calibrate once every 30 tests OR 3 months to ensure proper accuracy with the 50% Brix Solutions or 60% Brix Solutions. Please be sure to wipe of using distilled water to be sure that you get ALL of the residual sugars off the Refractometer!
