Calibration & Operation
Calibration (Recommended Daily)
- Clean the prism thoroughly
- Apply distilled water to the prism
- Ensure temperature is within 10°C – 35°C
- Press the calibration/zero button
- Confirm reading displays 0.0% Brix
- Wipe dry before testing samples
Measurement
- Place sample (≥ 0.1 mL) on the prism
- Press the measurement button
- Wait approximately 3 seconds
- Record result and clean prism immediately
