WHAT DO HIGH OR LOW BRIX VALUES MEAN TO ME AND MY CROPS?

If your Brix Readings are too low, you know that you need to modify your soil's nutrients!  You can also taste the difference.  Low Brix Food will have less sugar (sucrose), therefore they won't taste sweet and delicious.

If they are high, then you are on the right track - keep it up!  Your food will taste amazingly sweet!  Farmers can sell their crops for higher DOLLARS and taste amazing!  You will also find that high Brixing crops will be healthier, attract fewer bugs & pests and requires less pesticide (if you're not already growing organically).

High Brix = Higher Quality = Higher Profits!

Higher Brix = Higher Quality = Better Taste!
