The Atago N-4E (45% to 82% Brix Scale) - later versions were the MASTER-4T / MASTER-4PT) has a measuring range of Brix 45.0 to 82.0%. The N-4E can be used for high concentration samples, such as MAPLE SYRUP, condensed milk, concentrated fruit juice, jam, marmalade, liquid sugar, etc.
Calibrate once every 30 tests OR 3 months to ensure proper accuracy with our 50% Brix Solution or 60% Brix Solutions. Please be sure to wipe of using distilled water to be sure that you get ALL of the residual sugars off the Refractometer!
